Merry Christmas dear readers who celebrate! <3 I hope you’ve all had a lovely holidays. I’m here today to review Ewa Michalak’s S Letnia Noc in 55G. I’d like to think this bra (whose name is translated as Summer Nights) has brought us some of the warm Christmas weather we’ve seen stateside. This is one I knew I had to order this one as soon as it was released. I love the royal blue, bright floral, and vivid contrast in this pattern. It’s energetic and unique. Ewa Michalak’s S shape is a padded, balconette for larger breasts designed with softer tissue in mind. It’s normal to go up a cup size in this style as I have here. I’ve chosen to take all of my pictures wearing the pads for the extra lift they give, but the bra does fit without them.
So, can we talk about how stunning this floral is in contrast to the almost cobalt blue trim? I’m absolutely in love with it. I want to just throw my leather jacket over it and walk around town. The S style can be problematic for shorter roots, but this is a shorter cup than some styles (notably S Kwiaty). In scaling this bra down to a 55G, it appears that the cups were shortened, the gore narrowed, and the wires made slightly narrower. Unfortunately, the straps on this were not moved inward at all and I find them to be very much in my armpits. They slip off of my shoulders pretty frequently, and I do wish they were moved in. The S style gives lovely, soft cleavage and a lot of lift. The gore is wonderfully narrow and short in my size. It’s 2.15 inches (5.46 cm) tall, and the cups easily accommodate center fullness.
So from this view, you can see the lovely narrow wires much better. The bra has fairly wide wings, which work well to eliminate any back bulging. The straps are nice and narrow and are semi-fully adjustable. It’s a lot harder to pull them over the pretty cobalt textured part on the front though. You can see that this isn’t one of the super rounded S cuts. The cups do close off, and it may be a tricky fit for tall rooted ladies or very FoT ladies. This works perfectly for my FoB, short rooted breasts though 🙂 As a design note, I do love the bright pink bows against the cobalt trim. The cups on this are 4.8 inches (12.2 cm) wide by 9.1 inches deep (23.11).
So from the side view, you can see that while the S cut is projected, it’s less immediately projected than the CH or CHP cut. My holy grail cut is the CH/CHP, but the S still works well without any discomfort. The S does provide a rounded, projected look under a T-shirt.
The band on S Letnia Noc is fairly true to size and stretches to 25.5 inches (64.8 cm). It has a my favorite type of closure, the 2×4. You can here here where the straps transition from a normal, elastic strap to the textured cobalt fashion strap. It is possible to slide the adjuster over the textured portion, it’s just more difficult.
Overall, I love S Letnia Noc and I’m thrilled to add it to my bra-drobe. The print is just so cheerful, energetic, and fun! I’d recommend it most to projected ladies of even fullness. The S cut accommodates center fullness and close set breasts very well.
